Registered Nurse / RN - Med/Surg Unit (New Grad Friendly)

NEW Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Opportunity Full Time (Days/Evenings)

Overview:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg unit to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and coordinating treatment while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Permanent placement only.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Communicate updates to physicians, patients, and families
Coordinate care and support patient discharge planning
Delegate tasks to LPNs/CNAs while maintaining accountability
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care standards

Requirements:

Active RN license (ND or compact)
BLS certification (or obtained during orientation)
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities
