Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke center.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions using GE monitors and Baxter pumps, ensuring timely interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating teamwork and providing real-time coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner electronic health record system.
• Adhere to safety and clinical protocols, including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications prior to start date.
• Deliver respectful, compassionate patient care, exemplifying the AIDET communication framework.
