This role blends hands-on technical leadership with accountability for shop efficiency, repair quality, and team growth. The Foreman serves as the primary bridge between technicians, service advisors, and management. Technical & Quality Leadership Perform and enforce quality control checks during repairs and at job completion Identify workmanship-related comebacks and determine root cause Investigate repair failures and educate technicians on correct procedures Provide real-time technical support to on-site technicians Perform maintenance services with efficiency and per manufacturer and dealership standards. Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems. Detailed written communication on RO's. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
