Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This position requires specialized knowledge in neonatal care and an ability to provide high-quality support to our littlest patients. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting. Monitor and assess patients’ health status, vital signs, and developmental needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate and support families regarding their infant's care and health journey. Float to the nursery as needed to assist with additional patient care requirements. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Level III NICU. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Schedule The position requires working 12-hour shifts, from 7 AM to 7 PM. Location This position is located in a facility in the city of your choice in the state of your choice.
