Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

Contract Length: 38 weeks

An educational organization in San Antonio, TX is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person roles supporting elementary students for the 2026–2027 school year . Multiple openings are available, including both long-term and short-term assignments.

Position Details

• Schedule: Weekdays

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (40 possible if approved)

• Contract Length: 38 weeks

• Start Date: August 10, 2026

• Setting: In-person, school-based

• Openings Available: 5

• Interview Timeline: Week of July 20

Assignment Overview

• Elementary school placements

• Mix of full-year and short-term (9-week) assignments

• Opportunities for monolingual and bilingual candidates

• Some roles may include supervision responsibilities

• CFs accepted with provided supervision

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals

• Provide individual and group therapy

• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license

• CCC-SLP preferred (CFs considered)

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Compensation

• $60 per hour (local)

• W-2 employment
