This full-time position, primarily remote, requires a proactive approach to providing mental health coaching, crisis management, and therapeutic group sessions. Key Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will take on vital responsibilities that directly impact the lives of our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and participating in personalized treatment planning. \n
- Managing client documentation diligently, including reviewing charts for completeness and performing weekly audits to maintain compliance. \n
- Facilitating group therapy sessions and educational workshops aimed at enhancing client coping strategies and communication skills. \n
- Developing and coordinating effective discharge plans that align with community resources and client goals. \n
- Responding promptly to crisis situations, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to de-escalate and manage emergencies. \n
- Engaging clients through regular one-on-one meetings, a minimum of twice a week, to provide consistent support and encouragement. \n
- Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and group sessions, ensuring all documentation is clear and thorough. \n
- Attending and participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and supervision to foster a collaborative learning environment. \n
You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds. Your focus will primarily be on adults struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your role will involve not only helping clients navigate their own journeys but also involving their families in the healing process when appropriate. This multifaceted approach will ensure a more comprehensive support system for our clients.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

- Current and valid California state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). \n
- A bachelor’s degree in counseling or a related field. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating strong capability in individual and group counseling techniques. \n
- Deep understanding of behavioral management principles and effective therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse client needs. \n

Comfort Console Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
