We are looking to add a seasonal part time receptionist to our team. The daily functions of this role are vital to our organization's success.
This is a seasonal, in-office position working 20-25 hours per week at 10100 East US 36, Stes D and C, Avon, IN
Assignment duration will be based on business volume, but will not extend past October 2026

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents;maintainingaccounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
• Receive, sort and route mail
