In this versatile role, you will split your time between directly assisting customers at the counter and executing crucial behind-the-scenes office tasks, including bookkeeping, compliance, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Front-End Support: Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service at the customer service desk (handling Western Union, Lottery, Bill Payments, and customer inquiries).Operations & Leadership: Assist in guiding front-end team members to maintain smooth store operations. Serve as the front-end lead during the absence of the Front-End Manager.Basic Bookkeeping: Perform daily financial duties, including verifying cash balances, reconciling tills, and preparing bank deposits.Administrative Tasks: Answer and route phone calls, maintain organized paper and digital files, and utilize standard office equipment and software (word processing, spreadsheets).Compliance & Inventory: Complete regular compliance checks (monthly/quarterly) and monitor/reorder office supplies as needed.General Support: Perform additional office or operational duties as assigned by the Store Manager.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.Familiarity with standard office machinery and computer programs (Word, Excel).Prior experience in customer service, retail front-end operations, or basic bookkeeping is a plus.Position Details & Application ProcessType: Part-timePay: Competitive / ComparableAvailability: Must be available to work nights and weekends.HOW TO APPLY & FOLLOW UP:NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE.
