Gentiva is looking for an After Hours Hospice RN to join our team in Independence, Missouri. In this role, you will deliver compassionate care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that patients receive the support they need outside regular business hours. Your responsibilities include providing direct patient care, serving as the primary liaison between patients and the hospice team, and participating in quality assessment programs.
