Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Office Manager will play a critical role in fostering a productive and efficient work environment, while supporting various teams and maintaining a positive office culture. Manage Inventory: Purchase and replenish office supplies, equipment, and essentials on an ongoing basis. Accept Deliveries: Receive supply and grocery orders (daily/weekly); water, beverage, and snacks, etc. (monthly). Catering: Plan, order, set‑up, and clean‑up for internal and external meetings. Financial: Complete expense/reimbursement reports and process invoices timely and accurately. Shipping/Receiving: Create FedEx shipment labels and coordinate drop‑off and/or pickup. Light janitorial duties including sweeping, vacuuming and trash removal, especially around catering Required Qualifications / Skills: Self‑starter with excellent organizational and time management skills. Takes initiative to identify needs, develop standards and manage processes. Strong ability to problem‑solve and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Passionate about interacting with, and administratively supporting, a team of 35+ local employees. Proficient in office management software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with SSBI. US citizenship required. Salary Range: $39,437 - $65,000 This position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes company equity, retirement plan, company‑paid health care benefits, flexible paid time off policy, and opportunity for a raise and bonus during the year.
