Sales Admin+ Reception

Job Summary A growing organization in the residential and commercial construction industry is seeking a polished and highly organized Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join its Woodinville, WA office. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a professional administrative support candidate who enjoys client interaction, sales support, office coordination, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and business partners while also supporting sales lead management, executive administration, and office organization. • Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and business partners while creating a welcoming and professional front office experience.
• Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, take detailed messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Receive, process, qualify, document, and route incoming sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Support the sales team with correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, customer follow-up, and lead tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the Owner and leadership team, including scheduling, calendar support, documents, reports, and special projects.
• Maintain an organized office environment by coordinating supplies, vendor services, meeting support, visitor accommodations, and general office needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Schedule: Full-Time.
• Location: On-site in Woodinville, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage front desk reception, client service, and professional phone support.
• Process, document, and route incoming sales inquiries and customer information.
• Support sales administration, reporting, correspondence, and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate office administration, executive support, scheduling, and daily office organization.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in reception, sales administration, customer service, office administration, or a related administrative support role.
• Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional, and client-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multiple incoming calls.
• Experience documenting customer, client, or sales-related information with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and general business software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable, dependable, proactive, and able to follow through with urgency.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Positive team-first attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a business owner, executive team, or sales department.
• CRM or lead management experience.
• Experience in construction, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, or service-oriented industries.
• Background working in a customer-facing office environment where professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness are essential.
