Job Description: About Madison Honda
Madison Honda is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Parts Advisor to join our professional team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry while learning and earning in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Job Details- Salary: From $18 per hour
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Madison, NJ 07940
- Maintain proper storage and organization of parts
- Stock shelves and manage inventory through bin counts and record keeping
- Deliver parts from the parts department to technicians
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of parts
- Keep the department and work area clean and orderly
- Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and technicians
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Learn to order, receive, and bill parts accurately
- Gain experience assisting customers and responding to phone inquiries
- Operate Dealer Management System (DMS) software, including Reynolds and Reynolds
- Develop familiarity with Honda/Acura OEM parts catalogs and website operations
- Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
- Basic computer literacy
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Flexible availability including some evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Experience using a pallet jack is preferred but not required
