The Insurance Producer is an individual contributor responsible for managing sales and service of insurance policies, focusing on both personal and commercial lines as well as life insurance sales. This role involves working primarily with local clients to generate quotes, process policy renewals, and deliver excellent customer service through expert product knowledge.

 

Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes for prospective clients
• Manage and process policy sales across personal, commercial, and life insurance lines
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Handle policy renewals and maintain current coverage for clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market trends

 

Required Qualifications

• Valid Insurance Producer License

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in insurance sales
• Comprehensive insurance knowledge
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and time management abilities
• Problem-solving skills to address client needs
