Position Title: Client Service Associate

This role is essential for supporting a financial advisor and ensuring a high level of client service. The position involves interacting with clients, managing operational tasks, and facilitating various transactions. Salary Range: $50,000 $57,000 / Year DOE

Client Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Support the financial advisor in managing a substantial book of business
• Engage with clients through phone calls and emails
• Process client transactions, including sending checks and setting up ACH transfers
• Open new accounts and manage deposits
• Communicate effectively with clients and follow advisor instructions
• Handle simple trades and maintain accurate paperwork
• Stay informed about market trends to engage in client conversations
• Utilize CRM systems for data entry and client management

Client Service Associate Requirements:

• One year of professional office experience
• Proficiency with technology and software applications
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience in financial services or banking is preferred
• Registration as a client associate (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) is preferred, not required
