Volunteer Engagement Manager: Global Member Programs

Manage the annual Call for Volunteers process for 450+ WERC members. Lead the coordination and high-touch support of 60+ volunteer groups and subcommittees. Work with the leadership team and staff liaisons to develop and maintain committee charters and annual work plans that align key initiatives and deliverables with organizational goals. Monitor and manage multiple project timelines and milestones simultaneously to ensure timely progress of action items and outcomes. Serve as the primary staff liaison for 10-12 assigned volunteer groups, collaborating closely with co-chairs to schedule sub/committee meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate action items. Prepare regular updates and reports for board meetings, highlighting committee progress. Develop onboarding, training, and recognition programs to support and sustain volunteer engagement. Facilitate collaboration across volunteer groups to foster innovation and knowledge sharing within the talent mobility ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a trade association context Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience working across cultures and time zones with international member communities Familiarity with the talent mobility industry or related sectors (e.g., HR, relocation, immigration, global workforce management) is preferred Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Impexium), project tracking tools (e.g. Asana), and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel to annual conference #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
