Procurement Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement for assigned indirect categories and key production materials (fasteners, hardware, etc.) Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiation to improve cost and performance Track cost savings and purchasing metrics (including PPV) Work with operations and production teams to ensure material availability and support schedules Identify and onboard new suppliers while monitoring performance Support capital equipment (CAPEX) purchasing projects Analyze purchasing data and support reporting for decision-making Help improve procurement processes and overall efficiency Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply issues Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent procurement/supply chain experience (3–10 years) Experience in purchasing, especially indirect or commodity-based buying Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Comfortable working with data and Excel Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Understanding of how procurement impacts production and operations Work Requirements: Office-based role Regular computer and data work Standard office equipment use Up to 20% travel may be required Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vison Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Education Reimbursement, 401k Program, Paid Time Off, Company Paid Holidays, and Apprenticeship Programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ripple Foods
