External Funding Compliance Manager

Overview The External Funding Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing government funding programs relevant to the organization. This position involves monitoring compliance requirements, conducting thorough reviews of grant agreements and contracts, loan applications and filings related to RUS, developing internal controls, fostering stakeholder engagement, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and maintaining accurate documentation for reporting purposes. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred. Experience Minimum Five (5) years of experience in the electric utility industry and/or regulatory. Equivalent Experience A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
