Position: Maintenance Custodian

Job Status:

• Part Time; Monday - Friday; 4 hours daily
• This position does not work weekends or holidays

Pay Rate: $14.95 - $18.68

Duties:

• Perform minor maintenance repairs and other duties relating to maintenance & housekeeping
• Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, office, clinical areas, waiting areas, and lobbies in a clean, neat and sanitary manner
• Provide transportation of supplies and line to and from clinics
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as assigned
• Assist Maintenance Technicians

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with maintenance and repair preferred
