Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting Diagnostics &Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVACsystems to ensure optimal operation. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenancetasks, such as filter replacements, system inspections, and performanceassessments Controls Integration: Collaborate on integrating HVACsystems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energyefficiency and performance. Client Engagement: Communicate effectively withclients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres tosafety protocols and complies with relevant regulations. This Job Is : Open to Universal EPA & HVACCommercial Techs with 3+ years of experience. Proficiency in reading HVACblueprints and technical diagrams. Experience with BAS integrationand HVAC control systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
