Step into a fulfilling role serving young learners as a vital member of an Early Intervention (EI) team. This full-time, contract opportunity is based near Corvallis, OR, and focuses on delivering occupational therapy services within a supportive, collaborative environment for the 2026-27 school year, starting August 2026. Work alongside a diverse, energetic team supporting early childhood development across multiple locations.

Skills & Experience Sought:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon
• Previous experience with school-based pediatric caseloads, especially early intervention, preferred
• Skilled in assessments, report writing, and data-driven intervention planning
• Comfortable collaborating on multi-disciplinary evaluation teams
• Adept at traveling between sites (itinerant model)
• Strong communicator, flexible, and enthusiastic about supporting children ages birth to five and their families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services for early childhood caseloads
• Conduct evaluations and participate actively on the assessment team
• Consult and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Adapt interventions to meet each child’s developmental needs and promote school readiness
• Offer support, resources, and coaching to families and staff as part of a holistic team approach
