Assistant Content Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Assistant Content Manager Experience with a client in Bentonville, Arkansas. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field to be considered. Will support the development and management of photo product templates and designs for Customer Printing. The ideal candidate will assist in executing content strategies, managing design workflows, and analyzing performance data to help deliver engaging photo product experiences. Rate Range: $30/hr. to $33/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Assistant Content Manager Experience responsibilities include: Assist in the procurement, launch, and refresh of photo product templates and designs across assigned categories. Support the Content Manager in managing the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of design assets. Collaborate with internal teams and external design agencies to facilitate smooth project execution. Help manage creative briefs, lookbooks, and design selection processes under the guidance of senior team members. Monitor and update product imagery, descriptions, and category graphics to maintain a consistent and appealing customer experience. Assist in analyzing sales data and content performance metrics to identify trends and support optimization efforts. Support the management of digital assets using Fujifilm’s PIM and DAM systems, including job creation and asset enrichment. Participate in quality assurance reviews of products and designs pre- and post-launch to ensure brand standards are met. Prepare basic reports and presentations summarizing content performance and project status for internal stakeholders. Help track project budgets and update budget trackers with estimates and actuals. Attend regular team meetings to stay aligned with campaign schedules and business priorities. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field is required. Minimum Two years related experience. Experience working with retail or e-commerce environments is required. Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with graphic/image file formats and digital asset workflows. Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and external agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn and improve. Ability to analyze data and summarize findings clearly. Familiarity with stock photo websites and digital asset management tools.
