The Lakewood Residence and The Lakewood Courtyard in Lakewood, NJ, seek a Director of Community Relations to drive move-ins and occupancy for our connected independent living and assisted living options. You will lead sales, outreach, and lead management to guide families from inquiry to move-in. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and excels in high-touch follow-ups, with the ability to travel locally for outreach and events.
