Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Drive well-maintained 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner rigs while progressing toward ownership through a lease-to-own plan that can be completed within one year. Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross earnings of $7,500–$10,000.

What you'll do:

• Safely load, secure, and transport flatbed freight across assigned lanes.
• Conduct pre-trip and equipment inspections and keep detailed trip records.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
