Responsibilities - Process customer orders: scan bar codes, pick cases, label boxes for shipment - Palletize orders: scan, organize, and place completed orders on pallets - Operate RF technology for order processing and accuracy checks - Verify shipments and prepare packaging for dispatch - Perform dock manifest duties: scan completed pallets, operate shrink wrapper - May operate ground/manual manifest station as needed - Support other warehouse positions and serve as backup during absences or vacations Required Skills and Experience - Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification - Proficient with RF scanners and MHE operation - Capable of reading and interpreting distribution documents - Strong organizational and prioritization skills - Comfortable with manual material handling and repetitive tasks - High school diploma or GED preferred - One year of relevant experience preferred Preferred Skills - Previous MHE experience - Familiarity with general distribution processes Benefits - Competitive hourly pay at $16.50 - Consistent weekday schedule (M-F, 11am-7:30pm) - On-the-job training on advanced distribution technology - Exposure to all aspects of warehouse operations, fostering career growth - Inclusive work environment with reasonable accommodations for disabilities How to Apply Ready to join a motivated distribution team?
