Role Description The Sales & Lifestyle Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockwall, TX, responsible for supporting leasing activities and resident engagement at the community. This position coordinates property tours, responds to inquiries, and assists prospective residents through the application and move-in process. The coordinator helps organize and promote resident events and lifestyle programs, maintains up-to-date marketing materials, and supports social media and digital outreach to enhance the community’s brand. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the onsite team to ensure excellent customer service, maintaining accurate resident and prospect records, and assisting with reporting related to occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. The role also involves partnering with vendors and local businesses to enrich the resident experience and uphold Greystar’s service standards. Qualifications Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills to engage prospects and residents effectively. Experience in event planning, community programming, or lifestyle coordination to support resident activities. Proficiency with office software, property management systems, and basic data entry for maintaining accurate records. Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with team members. Understanding of basic marketing concepts and comfort with social media or digital platforms to promote the community. Ability to work on-site in Rockwall, TX, including some evenings or weekends as needed for events and peak leasing periods. Prior experience in residential property management, hospitality, or real estate is beneficial.
