Security Installation Technician III

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Security Installation Technician to support the installation, testing, and servicing of lowvoltage security and fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial job sites. This individual will work with access control systems, CCTV/camera installations, and fire alarm devices, assisting with system integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure compliance with safety codes and project specifications. The technician will read and interpret blueprints, coordinate with project managers and other trades, document completed work, and travel to various job sites as needed while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer communication.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years of experience within Security installation and fire alarm installation
- Blue Card Certified
- Has to be open to working with both security and fire alarm systems
- Willing to travel
- High School Diploma or equivalent


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- NICET 2 Certification
- Product and system knowledge of Honeywell, Notifier, Edwards, Bosch, etc.
