IT Help Desk Technician

Perot Museum

Perot Museum is seeking an entry-level IT support technician to serve as the first point of contact for staff technology requests, troubleshoot devices, and assist with POS and CRM platforms. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of customer service or tech support, basic Windows knowledge, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on museum hours.
