Acute Care Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN) - Full Time / Competitive Pay

Registered Nurse Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an Acute Care RN, you will provide expert care for patients in urgent, critical, and complex conditions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Med-Surg RN Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to acutely ill patients across various settings (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.).
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, ensuring timely and accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Manage patients with complex medical needs, including multi-system failure, trauma, or post-surgical recovery.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and recovery plans.

Med-Surg RN Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
