Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk for a temporary assignment in Nevada. This opportunity involves working in a corporate office setting for a duration of 2-3 months. The role requires high attention to detail and experience with Oracle Fusion is beneficial. The position is full-time and based onsite, offering the chance to contribute to a significant company acquisition project.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the Oracle Fusion system accurately and efficiently.
• Manage account, inventory, and customer information.
• Ensure all data entry is completed with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of acquired company data.
• Participate in virtual meetings as needed.
• Support the team with additional tasks related to data entry and logistics as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in data entry, especially within distribution or logistics, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Additional Details

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Full-time, 40 hours per week onsite
