If you are enthusiastic about cleanliness and committed to delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality, we would love to hear from you!Job Summary: Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel and maintaining established quality standards.Essential Job Functions:Obtain room assignments from supervisorClean rooms according to established proceduresKnow correct procedure for entering a guest roomCheck room for damaged furniture and equipmentRestock your cart at the end of each shift and return cart to storage areaMaintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areasReport all deficiencies and problems in guest rooms to the Maintenance Engineer dailyBe alert to all possible hazards and practice safety at all timesAdhere to Lost and Found proceduresProvide the highest quality of service to the guestsFollow all safety procedures and policies for all guests and employeesReport any unusual occurrences or requests to a supervisor immediatelyAdhere to proper key control proceduresAttend and participate in staff meetingsOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
