Job Overview
A local fabrication shop is seeking motivated Entry-Level Welders to join its team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic welding experience who are looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic Flux Core and Wire Welding (45° welding experience preferred)
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
- Assist with fabrication and production projects
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
- Basic Flux Core and/or Wire Welding experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
