Job Locations US-MA-Westford Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Security Clearance Alarm Assessment Patrol in Westford, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control, and respond to security-related incidents and alarms. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.68 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to assigned areas, observe personnel and visitor activity, and report incidents, hazards, and policy concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed. Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and maintain awareness of changing conditions throughout the assigned shift. Minimum Requirements Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
