About the Clinician‘s Workday

The physician associate will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage during Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts across clinic and OR settings, with call responsibilities as required. The clinician will manage an average of 10 patients per day in an inpatient setting, operating autonomously without a supervising physician on site. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for patient encounters and surgical procedures. Board certification is required for this assignment.
