RN Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

Position Summary RN Nurse Manager of the Labor and Delivery unit at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This full‑time leadership position oversees an experienced group of clinicians in a fast‑paced unit that welcomes over 2,200 babies each year. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel for the Labor and Delivery unit. Manage, report on, and allocate resources for the unit. Lead communication with physicians, other department managers, and staff. Maintain patient safety and quality delivery of care through best‑practice standards. Perform related work as required in accordance with the California Nurse Practice Act and organizational goals. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university. California Registered Nurse license upon hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. At least four years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital. Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing. Benefits $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires.
