Director of FinanceColumbus, OH$120,000 – $140,000Position Summary: The Director of Finance leads the organization's financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts. This role ensures accurate financial operations, supports strategic decision-making, and collaborates across departments to drive organizational success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial operations, including reporting, planning, and complianceLead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsDevelop forecasts and budgets in collaboration with leadershipEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulationsManage and mentor finance team membersProvide strategic financial insights to support business objectivesCoordinate with auditors and external partners as neededSupport cross-functional initiatives through financial analysis and guidancePerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accountingStrong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgetingExperience within Property Management handling audits, compliance, and financial systemsExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software platforms, Yardi highly preferred.
