The Pharmacy Supervisor will work closely with the Senior Director and be supported by 11 other Supervisors and Managers. The Pharmacy is open Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 8:30am-Noon. The Supervisor will rotate Saturdays. The pharmacy is mainly a retail pharmacy but does support the ambulatory surgical center. Knowledge of 797 rules is required as well as administrative functions of operating a pharmacy.SummaryThe Pharmacy Supervisor provides day-to-day work guidance for a team or work group in a shift and/or in the completion of tactical processes. The Supervisor's primary role is formal leadership; however, may perform staff pharmacist duties according to the pharmacy's needs.
