Company: G&F Precision Molding Inc. Reports to: Director of Quality Location: Onsite – Danvers, MA (5 days/week) Salary Range: $22.00-27.81

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to join our team who can evaluate the processes, systems, and products to ensure they meet established standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

What You'll Do

• Work with production to monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
• Align quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor costs, and material cost reduction.
• Work with production to keep the ERP system data accurate which provides monthly forecasting for open sales.
• Work as a team and gather information on a daily basis to ensure the company runs without issues.
• Identifying potential quality issues and ensuring that product is built to be efficient and manufacturable.
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet the required specifications.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in quality assurance.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred, strong written and verbal communications skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
• Strong ability to handle technical discussions and comply with complex written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), lift to 30 lbs, and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day. Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect produced parts.
• Required to be onsite, based on primary location, per established schedule.
