• Confidently speak in front of groups, educating attendees about our scents, candle-making process, and brand mission.
• Guide customers through the creation of their custom-scented candles.
• Process customer transactions and contribute to sales goals by upselling products and experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after class, including:
• Cleaning wax spills, resetting tables, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and washing beakers.
• Handling trash disposal and setting up refreshments.
• Be proactive in assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a remarkable customer experience.

As a Production Assistant (When Classes Are Slow):

• Load, unload, and organize supplies for efficient workflow.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging and shipment.
• Help with order fulfillment, packaging, and preparing candles for retail and shipping.
• Balance candle production, administrative tasks, and class prep to maintain efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable leading groups and engaging with guests.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without sacrificing quality.
• Self-starter who works well independently and with a team.
• Adaptable and able to switch between hosting classes and assisting in production seamlessly.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)

• Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, or Adobe products.
