Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time AP/AR Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting and office operations. This role will primarily focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, filing, and general administrative support within a fast-paced office environment.
This position is expected to start at approximately 3 days per week, with potential to increase to 4 days depending on workload and business needs.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Enter, review, and maintain invoice records accurately
- Handle cash receipt processing and payment documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems and financial records
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and general accounting support tasks
- Support daily office administrative functions as needed
- Work within ERP/accounting systems to track and process transactions
- Communicate professionally with internal staff regarding payment and invoice matters
- Assist with ongoing process improvements and administrative workflow support
- Previous AP/AR or accounting administrative experience preferred
- Experience working with invoices, cash receipts, and financial documentation
- General ERP or accounting software experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong communication and reliability
- ERP system experience such as Open Accounts, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Prior experience supporting accounting or administrative departments
- Experience processing moderate-to-high invoice volume environments
- Approximately 24-32 hours per week
- Expected schedule of 3-4 days weekly
