A county hospital seeks a licensed clinician for 1099 coverage to provide outpatient mental health services. The facility maintains a multidisciplinary team approach with psychiatric and behavioral health resources to support patients of all ages. Credentialing for this position typically requires 30 to 90 days to complete.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide mental health services during full-time Monday through Friday day shifts, treating patients of all ages within an outpatient setting. The clinician will conduct therapeutic assessments, deliver individual and group therapy sessions, and provide crisis intervention services while maintaining a daily caseload of approximately 8 patients. Primary responsibilities include developing treatment plans and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health professionals. Thorough documentation of all therapeutic interactions is required throughout the assignment.
