Full and Part-Time Game FacilitatorWe are currently seeking active, passionate, and customer service-savvy professionals for the role of Game Facilitator. This position keeps you constantly on the move, with limited time spent sitting down. It may involve tasks that require you to be actively present and responsive in a fast-paced work environment.Activate is taking entertainment into the future by fusing technology and physical activity together to create live-action gaming experiences. You and your group enter a game experience and become the players to actively and mentally complete challenges.Key Responsibilities:Check customers in, take payments, and make reservationsBrief new groups prior to the start of the gameMonitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if necessaryParticipate with customers in active games if needed to ensure customers have an excellent experienceMaintain the rooms by cleaning, painting, and any required maintenanceTroubleshoot, identify, and make minor repairs in the event of a malfunctionRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skillsMust be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient mannerMust be a people person - energetic, friendly, and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowdA strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experienceMust be willing to work various shifts starting as early as 9 am and ending as late as 1 am.
