Facilities Manager

Job Description

Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and painting.
Assist with HVAC maintenance, including filters, belts, greasing motors, unit start-ups and monthly PM's
Perform routine maintenance on air compressors and dryers.
Familiar with Fulton boilers, water and steam systems. Heat exchangers, pumps, valves and motors.
Complete PM's, work orders and record labor and parts using our FIXX system.
Assist with ground maintenance and operate tools safely.
Report any Food Safety or Quality problems to proper personnel who is authorized to initiate corrective action.
Support and build vendor relationships, ensure safe access and material control.
Ability to follow all PPE requirements.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures.
Ability to understand and properly use any stored chemicals within plant.
Ability to safely operate a variety of tools and equipment. Follow all OSHA requirements
Ability to delegate tasks to crew, follow up to ensure tasks are done correctly and in a timely manner.
