Position Details:

• 100% Outpatient Practice- Primary Care
• Starting year 1 guarantee salary of $132,500.00. Actual total compensation may be higher and can include additional earnings such as productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay, and other compensation components, where applicable. Providers may also be eligible for a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
• Shared phone call across a large provider pool
• 2.5-day work week averaging 16-20 patients/day- Flexible scheduling available with option of day virtual care
• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. Board certification required within 2 years of employment.
• Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)

• PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible
