Olsten Staffing is Hiring - Assembler (3rd Shift)

Olsten Staffing is now hiring Assemblers for 3rd Shift! Join a growing team and gain valuable manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: 3rd Shift
⏰ Hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday, & additional days as needed)

Pay: $18-19 hourly

Job Summary

The Assembler position is responsible for assembling pre-assembly and sub-assembly components, performing ground bond testing, packing completed electrical systems, and utilizing hand tools and PIV equipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards and manufacturing processes.

Essential Responsibilities

✅ Assemble mechanical components according to work instructions (MTS) and/or On Floor Sheets (OFS)
✅ Utilize PIV equipment for crating and packing requirements
✅ Perform assembly rework when defects are identified
✅ Support Tier 1 meetings, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
✅ Complete required training and cross-training opportunities
✅ Perform additional duties as assigned

✔️ Basic reading, writing, and math skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow product documentation
✔️ Strong communication skills and willingness to learn multiple workstations
✔️ Ability to learn and retain manufacturing processes

⭐ Desire to learn and grow within a production environment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 0-1 year of production assembly experience required
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
