Lead HR Business Partner

Job Description The LEAD HR Business Partner is responsible for proactively supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support. This includes providing strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the functional businesses; acting as the single point of contact for the leaders; and serving as a point of contact for all people related issues. Facilitate and support business change and performance across supported groups through the implementation of an effective people strategy. Assist business unit with workforce planning, developing skills for optimal results, succession planning, and talent acquisition. Administer the performance management process, including compensation planning, calibration sessions, and enabling line managers. Partner with business unit leaders to ensure equitable treatment of employees and support employee engagement strategies. Provide guidance and coaching to business unit management to improve leadership effectiveness. Develop and link key competencies to HR functions including job requirements, selection systems, development programs, and evaluation tools. Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and attraction strategies and execute local plans. Support retention strategies for key talent and succession planning. Deliver talent management practices that attract and develop high‑potential, diverse talent. Manage employee relations investigations and other sensitive matters. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 5‑7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced environment. Experience managing performance management. Experience managing succession planning. Experience in talent management. Experience in compensation. Experience in employee relations.
