Program Support Assistant

Program Support Assistant
Duties
Include but not limited to:
- Communicates effectively with customers, staff and management.
- Develop and maintain the service database reports and create quality work to represent service data.
- Performs office automation work on personal computer utilizing multiple programs to complete documentation.
- Receives and reviews all incoming correspondence.
- Utilizes an electronic time and attendance computer program to perform timekeeping duties.
- Maintains office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinates meetings and prepares meeting minutes.
- Communicates suspense items and maintains a suspense file of due dates for assignments and follows up to ensure all suspense's are accomplished on or before the due date.
- Offer solutions to improve adherence to goals should performance not meet the scheduled standards.
- Performs basic analysis of the data and generates a variety of reports as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access.
