Litigation Attorney - Personal injury

Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity | Mid-Sized Plaintiff Law Firm | Birmingham, AL | Onsite

Compensation:

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience (will submit candidates at desired salary)

Role Overview:

Handle complex personal injury cases from evaluation through resolution
Evaluate claims and determine case viability
Manage cases through the full litigation lifecycle
Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement conferences
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
Manage a caseload and supervise support staff as needed
Client focused with strong advocacy skills

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
Active Alabama bar license in good standing
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Passion for client advocacy and delivering results
