CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment. The Registered Nurse in one of our Ambulatory Wound Centers provides clinical care, care management and patient/family education to support the healing of acute and chronic wounds, in collaboration with the provider treatment team.

Qualifications:

• ADN, Diploma in Nursing required, BSN preferred
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience including wound assessment and dressings
• More than 2 years of progressive wound skill experience in acute care, home care or ambulatory site preferred
• Prior wound care training preferred
• Active Registered Nurse license in CT required
• Wound Care certification preferred
