Job Summary

Operate cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment to pick, move, and replenish materials while supporting inventory accuracy and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and fulfill orders using RF scanners.
• Operate cherry pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Move, replenish, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete data entry and inventory transactions in warehouse systems.
• Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and general warehouse operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous cherry picker experience required.
• Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
• RF scanner and warehouse inventory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

• Inventory control and cycle counting.
• Order picking, packaging, and material handling.
• Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting with varied daily tasks.
• Operation of powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• May include work in refrigerated areas.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
