Job Summary:
We are seeking two dependable Packaging Associates to join our team. This role focuses heavily on accurately applying plastic bands to tape rolls as a critical step in the packaging and production process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to maintain consistency, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Apply plastic bands to tape rolls with precision and consistency (primary responsibility)
• Ensure bands are properly secured and meet quality standards before processing
• Inspect tape rolls for defects prior to and after banding
• Place properly banded tape rolls onto the conveyor for oven processing
• Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Report any product or equipment issues to a supervisor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Must meet background check requirements
